Kim Rubenstein (pronounced Ruben-steen), a leading legal academic, practitioner and professor at the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ National University, is a Professor in the ANU College of Law and a Public Policy Fellow at the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ National University. She was the Director of the Centre for International and Public Law at the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ National University, from 2006 until the end of 2015. In addition she was the inaugural Convenor (2011-2012) of the ANU Gender Institute. She is Australia's citizenship law expert and was one of the early instigators of feminist scholarly approaches to ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓÆµ constitutional law.
