Welcome to A 'Blueprint' for Union Organising
A 'Blueprint' for Union Organising celebrates the rise in membership of the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Nursing Federation (Victorian Branch) over the last quarter century. Since 1989, membership has more than quadrupled. The ANF(Vic) might offer a blueprint for other trade unions who seek to develop an organising model.
